Report a change
Timetables shift with the season and operators do not always announce it. A traveller who has just stood at the pier knows more than any published timetable does.
What makes a report usable
- 1The crossingWhich two ports, and which direction. Cebu → Tagbilaran and Tagbilaran → Cebu are separate timetables and often disagree.
- 2The operatorSeveral lines usually work the same water at different times. Knowing which one narrows the fix from a route to a single sailing.
- 3What you saw, and whereA departure board at the terminal, a booking page, a printed timetable — and when. A photograph of a terminal board is the strongest evidence there is.
- 4What we currently showThe page URL and the time on it. It saves us guessing which of several sailings you mean.
We check reports against the operator's own published timetable before changing anything, so a correction can take a few days to appear. If the operator has not published the change, we will say so on the route rather than publish an unverifiable time — the same rule described on how we source schedules.
