Burias Island, in Masbate province, is tied to the Luzon mainland here at the southern tip of Quezon's Bondoc Peninsula. Starhorse's regular boat on the crossing is the 14:00, MV VDPF III. The 09:30 is an extra trip the line announced on its Facebook page from 16 August, and FerryEasy sells only the afternoon sailing, so check with Starhorse before counting on the morning boat.

Boats back leave San Andres at 13:00 and 18:00 on San Andres to San Pascual. Burias has a second Starhorse link with the mainland, to Pasacao in Camarines Sur, with departures at 05:30 and 17:00 (San Pascual to Pasacao).
