About this crossing

This crossing runs from downtown Port Angeles straight into Victoria's Inner Harbour, where the Coho terminal stands on Belleville Street. Canadian customs comes after you leave the ship in Victoria, for foot passengers as well as drivers, and dogs need a valid rabies certificate. Without a car, Clallam Transit's Strait Shot bus links the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal with the Gateway Transit Center in Port Angeles, about two minutes' walk from the Coho dock. Walk-on and bicycle passengers can buy tickets just before boarding without a reservation, except over the Canadian Thanksgiving and Crabfest weekend in early October.
