About this crossing

With 2GO's 23:00 departure on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, anyone leaving Boracay can spend a full last day on the island and still be in Batangas by 10:00. Caticlan is Boracay's mainland jetty, at the north-western tip of Panay in Aklan, and Batangas City is on Luzon's south coast, 96 km from Manila's port as the crow flies. On the other three days 2GO leaves at 14:00 and calls at Odiongan on Tablas on the way, while Lite Ferries adds evening sailings and a Sunday departure by day. Travellers who would rather break the trip into shorter sea legs can go through Mindoro instead, taking FastCat to Bulalacao, the road north along Mindoro's east coast to Calapan, and one of the frequent Calapan to Batangas ferries.
