About this crossing

Sleeping through the trip is the point of this one. Every sailing leaves Batangas between 18:00 and midnight and reaches Caticlan, the mainland jetty for Boracay at the north-west tip of Panay, in the morning or around midday. 2GO's 21:00 runs direct on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays and is in by 08:00; on the other three nights the same departure calls at Odiongan on Tablas first and arrives at 11:00, and Lite Ferries' 18:00 on those nights lands at 06:00. Anyone who would rather spend part of the way on land can go through Mindoro instead, crossing to Calapan and continuing by road down the east coast to Bulalacao for FastCat's Caticlan ferry, with two sea legs rather than one. Northbound, Lite Ferries also sails by day on Sundays (Caticlan to Batangas).
