About this crossing
Foot passengers settle the whole round trip at Colman Dock, the terminal on Seattle's central waterfront at Pier 52. WSF sells walk-on tickets as returns and takes no passenger fare at Bainbridge, while drivers buy a one-way vehicle ticket at each end. Cyclists get priority boarding and likewise pay only on the Seattle side. The run takes 35 minutes and leaves from the same dock as the longer route to Bremerton. Walk-on travellers bound for Port Angeles can carry on from the Bainbridge terminal on Clallam Transit's Strait Shot bus through Sequim, but the bus does not wait for a late ferry, so leave a margin. Our Coho ferry guide covers the sailing from Port Angeles to Victoria.
