About this crossing

The route crosses the Mactan Channel, the narrow water between Cebu City and Mactan Island, where Lapu-Lapu City and Cebu's international airport both stand. The Cebu Port Authority names Metro Ferry among the operators of its Cebu baseport, which has a ferry terminal on each side of the channel.

Metro Ferry has no website, official Facebook page or booking channel, so the terminal is the place to ask about the day's boats. Ships to Bohol, Leyte and Mindanao are listed separately under Cebu port, about a kilometre away.
