About this crossing
The published sailings from this corner of Bohol run south rather than north. Cokaliong Shipping Lines and Lite Ferries both appear on the six-hour crossing to Cagayan de Oro and on Nasipit, about five hours over the Bohol Sea. Towards Cebu the picture is one-sided: the leg down from Cebu carries a Cokaliong listing, but nothing is filed for the return, so a traveller arriving here should not assume a boat back by the same water. For a dependable crossing between the two islands, Cebu to Tagbilaran is worked by three lines.
