Butuan City has its own port at Masao, on Butuan Bay. The timetabled crossing to Cebu from this stretch of coast leaves from Nasipit, west along the same bay, where Cokaliong sails five evenings a week (Nasipit to Cebu). Nasipit also has sailings to Jagna on Bohol and to Manila.
