Nasipit is the only Butuan Bay port in these timetables with a Cebu sailing, since nothing currently runs from Butuan City's own port at Masao. Cokaliong leaves at 19:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, and which of its ships is on the run decides whether Cebu is reached early or later in the morning.

Nasipit is west of Butuan City. From here Cokaliong also runs a midday sailing to Jagna on Bohol on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the sailing back from Cebu runs five nights a week too.
