Bohol's one direct ship to the capital leaves Tagbilaran in the small hours of Sunday. MV 2GO Masigla comes in from Manila by way of Cebu, berthing at 23:00 on Saturday, and sails again at 03:00 for a straight run north that ends in Manila at 05:00 on Monday.

The same ship makes the southbound trip, leaving Manila at 14:00 on Friday and calling at Cebu on Saturday afternoon before it reaches Bohol (Manila to Tagbilaran). On the other six days the sea route to Manila runs in two stages: a fast craft across to Cebu (Tagbilaran to Cebu), then one of 2GO's sailings from there (Cebu to Manila).
