Fares as published by the operators, in USD, last checked . Vehicle fares rise in the summer season, and some crossings collect the fare in one direction only — a "No charge" row is the operator's own entry, not a gap.
From the Southworth dock, SR 160 (Sedgwick Road) runs about seven miles inland to SR 16, which leads to Bremerton one way and I-5 the other. No fare is collected at Vashon for this leg. Kitsap Transit connects with the Southworth terminal for onward bus travel. Islanders heading for Tacoma rather than Kitsap have a direct crossing from the south end at Tahlequah, and the north-end terminal also has boats to Fauntleroy in West Seattle.
