MV 2GO Masikap sails a loop that leaves Manila at 07:00 on Tuesday, spends Wednesday morning in Cebu, departs at 11:00 for Batangas, arrives there at 05:30 on Thursday and ends in Manila at 17:00 the same day. Nothing runs the other way; from Luzon, the direct ships back to Cebu leave from Manila (Manila to Cebu). Passengers bound for Manila on the Wednesday 11:00 ride the same ship through Batangas.
