This overnight Cokaliong sailing ends on Butuan Bay, at the port of Nasipit west of Butuan City in Agusan del Norte. It leaves Cebu at 19:00 five nights a week, with no departure on Tuesday or Thursday. Cokaliong rotates several ships through the week, and the arrival time next morning varies with the vessel.

The Sunday and Monday departures also carry passengers for Jagna, on the south coast of Bohol, but Mindanao comes first: the ship docks at Nasipit and then sails on to Jagna at 12:00 the next day, which is the daytime Cokaliong sailing on Nasipit to Jagna.
