About the terminal

Three companies use Nasipit, more than any other port on Butuan Bay: Cokaliong to Cebu, Cokaliong and Lite Ferries to Jagna on Bohol, and 2GO to Manila. The town lies west of Butuan in Agusan del Norte, and the port also goes by the name Butuan, which is easy to confuse with the city's own harbour at Masao, 25 km east, where nothing is timetabled at present. 2GO's weekly ship from Manila comes in by way of Siargao on Wednesday morning and leaves that afternoon for Ozamiz and Manila. Regular crossings to Siargao and Leyte start from Surigao, 93 km away.
