About the terminal

Maya is the port of Daanbantayan, at the northern tip of Cebu island where it meets the Visayan Sea. Lite Ferries runs both of its crossings, each a passage of six and a half hours: to Matnog in Sorsogon, at the southern end of Luzon, at midday and midnight every day, and to Calbayog on Samar each midnight, a route with no return sailing in the timetable. Cokaliong's overnight ship from Cebu port (Cebu to Calbayog), on Mondays and Wednesdays, is the second timetabled way to reach Calbayog. Bogo, 24 km down the east coast, has a route to Matnog with no timetable.
